1 Source Realty Group originally started in 2001 as DFW Realty Group and later became a GMAC Real Estate franchise. With the transition of GMAC Real Estate in 2010 we decided to go independent and changed our residential real estate operations name to 1 Source Realty with our corporate office in Irving, TX and another location in Plano. Since 2001, we have sold over $125 Million in real estate and leased thousands of homes and apartments. 1 Source Realty Group is our residential real estate division and 1 Source Apartments is our apartment locating division.
